Although, MY HOUSE on 13th is an intimate community with only 57 units, it will be staffed similarly to a larger community. MY HOUSE on 13th will offer residents with an on-site professional management and maintenance team. During office hours, your student can stop by with any questions or concerns! After office hours, our on site Community Assistants are readily available 24/7 for assistance with emergencies.
Whether you’re moving with several roommates or joining us solo, we structure our leases individually so you the parent can avoid the hassle of payments and collections typically experienced renting a house or traditional apartment. And remember- our units are all inclusive (utility allowance) and offer residents power, water, cable, internet, trash, sewer, & pest control services!

All units offer premium appliance packages. All kitchens are outfitted with stainless steel appliances. Within our fully furnished town home option, our designer bedroom furnishing will include a full sized bed, desk, desk chair, and dresser. The living area will come with an upscale furniture package including a leather couch, chair, end table, coffee table, bar stools, flat screen TV, and entertainment center.
